Performance Evaluation Unit

"As part of the college's efforts to ensure quality performance and achieve its academic and administrative objectives, a periodic performance evaluation process for the staff is conducted. This process aims to assess the efficiency of faculty and administrative members in performing their assigned tasks. The evaluation serves as an effective tool for enhancing institutional performance and supporting developmental decision-making. It encompasses several key areas, including: the teaching aspect in terms of teaching quality and interaction with students; scientific activities such as research and participation in academic events; the administrative aspect for non-teaching staff; community involvement; and adherence to ethical and professional standards, reflecting a spirit of responsibility and discipline within the academic work environment."
